Here is a brand new way for you to have fun with your .22LR Rifle, Gunline Rifle League Point 22!

Ryan Brandt at Big Dog Steel developed specific KYL racks rated for our 22 rifles and they work great, the next thing we needed to do was figure out the right distances for a challenging course of fire. I think we got it just right! 

Here it is:

Shooter may shoot prone, modified prone, or sitting at a shooting bench.

Targets are all KYL racks.

100-yard Circles (5”, 4”, 3”, 2”, 1”)

125-yard Squares (5”, 4”, 3”, 2”, 1”)

165-yard Diamonds (7”, 6”, 5”, 4”, 3”)

220-yard Circles (7",6”, 5”, 4”, 3”)

265-yard Diamonds (8", 7", 6”, 5”, 4”)

Shooter will get 7 shots per distance. You do not have to shoot the targets in any order, nor do you have to engage each target. There will be more points allotted for the smaller targets. The largest plate on racks is worth 1 point moving to the smallest plate on the rack has a value of 5 points.

New for 2024 - We will use percentage scoring and we will let all additional squads be additional matches. As the environment changes the later squads can have a more difficult match, by making the later squads different matches it will equalize the conditions and percentage scoring will also equalize the different weather conditions. (Note - since there are 2 sets of targets the additional squads will be in pairs so squad 1 and 2 will be the same match, if needed, squad 3 and 4 would be a second match.)
